PUSH AND PULL
VERTICAL SLICE
Push and Pull is a 2.5D side-scrolling puzzle platformer. It used mechanics such as pushing and pulling objects to unlock objectives and navigate the terrain. Development ran from January - May 2015 with a team of 30+ students in UTD's Game Lab course. The team included the full range of the game development pipeline, from modelers and animators to concept artists and level design.

My contributions to the game were character design, level design concepts, an in-game animated comic, character model and animation critiques to remain faithful to the characters and director's vision, and provided bug testing for the game.
I worked closely with the creative director to design the four main characters in the game. Through multiple iterations, director feedback, and team artist input, we arrived at the final concepts.
